The Peoples Academy is a FREE program to inform and educate the Chapel Hill community about Town services, projects, and processes. Residents can learn about local government, connect with Town staff and community members, and engage on important issues.
Peoples Academy: Local Government Basics
The Communications & Engagement Team will lead 2-3 hour sessions in different locations and languages to introduce residents to local government. The program contains a presentation and interactive activities and covers:
